Everyone thought Maggie’s Man an enjoyable quick summer read.

IMG_2057Venus in Winter sparked a lively discussion of court life at the Tudor court. Everyone though the author was very accurate in her telling of historical events of the time. And it was nice to have the events from a different point of view. It was generally appreciated that the author didn’t let the story get too bogged down with historical research.

Next meeting will be Monday, October 14, and we will be discussing The Blood Gospel and The Seventh Victim.
